EcoPod Restrooms provides portable restroom rental services in the Fort Worth, Texas area. Our services include delivery, setup, maintenance, and removal of portable restroom facilities for events, construction sites, and other temporary needs.
All rentals require advance booking and are subject to availability. Rental periods begin upon delivery and end upon pickup. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate placement locations. Access to delivery and pickup locations must be maintained throughout the rental period.
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your rental agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees. EcoPod Restrooms reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure clear access for our vehicles. Units must be used only for their intended purpose. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges. Prohibited items include chemicals, paint, or other hazardous materials.
EcoPod Restrooms’ liability is limited to the rental fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
